ARE MY RESPONSES TO THE ASSESSMENT CONFIDENTIAL?

If you are the Participant's Supervisor, then your responses are not confidential.  The Participant is only able to designate one Supervisor, so that individual's responses are known.  However, if you have been designated to the Peers, Direct Reports, or Others Group, then your responses are completely confidential.  We maintain your confidentiality through a variety of measures.  First, a 3rd party, Pixel Leadership Group administers the survey, houses the data, and generates the report; no one within the Children's Mercy organization has access to individual Raters' responses.  Second, within the report which is sent to the Participant (and only to the Participant), responses from all members of a group are averaged into a single score (as represented in the illustration above).
