Please send a message to all of your invited raters prior to your questionnaire's launch date. This practice assures your raters that you are actively engaged and soliciting their input. It also generates awareness so raters are on the look-out for an email from Pixel Assessments. This document provides you a template for this message, which you are free to edit as you see appropriate.

THANK YOU EMAIL TO SEND YOUR RATERS (INSIGHT TOOL)
After your questionnaire has closed, we encourage you to send a thank you notes to all your invited rates. Raters invest time and energy in the process in order to support your development, and that fact should be recognized and appreciated. You can use the attached email template, or even better, send hand-written notes.
