ENROLL NEW PARTICIPANTS

Please use the form below to enroll up to 3 new Participants in the Pixel Perspectives+ 360. If you would like to enroll more than 3 Participants, please download and complete the New Participant Submission Spreadsheet below and attach it to the form.

Completing this form will send a notification to our Assessment Team, which will initiate the Registration Process. An email will be sent to all newly enrolled Participants from Pixel Assessments ([email protected]) providing them instructions and a link to complete the Pixel Perspectives+ 360 Registration Portal.

Participants must complete their Registration by 11:59pm EST the Tuesday before the Wednesday launch. Participants who do not complete their registration prior to the deadline will be included in a subsequent launch.

Soon after you submit this form, Pixel Leadership Group will send the REGISTRATION EMAIL to your client. The Registration Email gives them a link to the Registration Portal. The LAUNCH DATE you enter below is the date that Pixel Leadership Group will send out the email invitations to your clients' Raters. Your client MUST be registered by 11:59PM ET the day before the Launch Date to be included in that day's launch.
