​WHO SEES THE RESULTS OF THE REPORT?

Once the Participant's assessment closes, the responses that were collected through the online administration platform are generated into a report by a 3rd party (Pixel Leadership Group).  The report is emailed ONLY TO THE PARTICIPANT.  The Participant owns their report and it is the Participant's choice if they share their report with anyone else.
