WILL THIS IMPACT MY PERFORMANCE REVIEW?

No. The Children's Mercy Leadership Excellence Core 4 Insights Tool was created specifically to support leaders' continued growth and development. The data is collected and housed by a 3rd party (Pixel Leadership Group) to ensure that it is a confidential and safe process.  Pixel Leadership Group generates the report and sends it ONLY to the Participant.  The Participant is not obligated to share their report with anyone else.  Once they have received their report and had the opportunity to engage in a debrief session with a coach, Participants are encouraged to meet with their Supervisor to talk about the key insights they gained through the process, but are not required to share their report with their Supervisor.
